During the ice storm we got 2 vehicles stuck with a tow rope between them, Brandon made multiple attempts to get out to us when no other towing company wanted to try. Lined up and worked with another company to get our trucks unstuck with minimal damage possible. Brandon had great communication and kept me in the loop when he would try and get out to us. Highly recommend!

I will never use another towing company again! He was willing to work with my schedule, was very timely, and very kind. I feel like he genuinely wanted to help me, versus trying to take my money. He also gave me advice on what to do at the auto repair place. Situations where you need a tow are never fun, but Brandon made this experience amazing. 10/10! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Got stuck in a snowstorm and they came out as soon as they were legally allowed on the highway. He gave me an accurate quote and was so friendly. We had spent the night in the car and were so thankful for his prompt help. It was definitely my bad on the judgment call, but he was super helpful and safe.

Thanks to 701 Towing for helping my daughter out after she got stuck while turning around to return to her original destination during a recent blizzard. We called eight other towing companies and either they would not drive that far to help or they were too busy to help. Thank goodness for Brandon or she likely would have been out there all night! Brandon at 701 was a godsend. He also made sure she got safely back to Grand Forks. As a parent I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for making sure she was safe. I recommend you call 701 Towing and Recovery if you find yourself in a bad situation they are the BEST!

Brandon provided astounding service and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! I was stuck in a ditch approximately 50 miles from their location, with no other companies willing to come to me. Brandon not only helped me get my car out of the ditch, but was able to help me get back home safely. When they say not all heroes wear capes, this is a perfect example. I do not know what I would have done if it was not for 701 Towing. I will forever be grateful that this company exists and hope that anyone reading this will support this amazing business. After calling many different towing companies prior to calling 701 Towing, I was super surprised how quickly he was able to assist me in having my sons car towed to a local repair shop! Other places couldn't tow until the next day or even recommended I keep on looking! Brandon was very friendly and professional. You can tell when someone really values your business and he showed just that. His in-town towing price sealed the deal for me being $20 cheaper than competitors. Highly recommend 701 Towing!
